Honararium calculator is an Excel tool for calculating the honorarium and sitting fee of President, Vice President Standing committee chairmen and members of the grama Panchayat.Now Govt. enhanced the honararium vide GO .30/2016/LSGD dtd. 10-08-2016. In this New version enhanced honararium rates are included and an additional sheet is included for adding the basic details and the honararium and sitting fees are automatically generated . While opening the file you can see Four sheet viz. Home,Basic data ,Statement and Contingent Bill.In Home sheet You will get a clear idea about this programme. You just enter the basic datas like Name of members, dates of committe , No.of sittings , etc. as descibed . The columns are self explanatory. After entering all datas click on statement . here the statement is ready for print.Click on next sheet Contingent bill and take the print. Now the preparation of honararium statement with contingent bill can prepare within minuites.
